We had modern and updated room with very comfy pillows and bed. The bathroom was large with a shower and a hairdryer.

Our room was modern and brand-new with very comfortable beds. There were climate control, a big window, and a main sleeping area, which was great. Everything was nice, yet a few employees were not professional.

Pros for a jaw-dropping stay: Friendly staff, convenient location, clean, comfortable beds, prompt issue resolution. Great TV and free wi-fi. Easy check-in/out, safe parking, and separated couch area for chillaxing! Great coffee in room.

Spotless room with a bath tub or garden tub and great service. Perfect, favourable location in Greenville, just next door to the park at Reedy, and shops, the Reedy and restaurants which is a huge plus. Also, within walking distance of the lovely downtown area.

Its location is favourable & fantastic, short walk to a local park that is beautiful and downtown eating and shopping. Great nearby places include American Burger Co, we usually had drinks there.

The rooms at Hyatt Place Greenville Downtown are so cozy! The beds are super comfy, and the bathrooms are spotless. I really appreciated the accessible features as a traveler with specific needs.

Personally, I didn't need an iPod docking station in the room.

we had a very pretty view from our window at the hyatt place and we’re able to go get in the pool, walk to downtown to get dinner, and come back in chill in the very nice, clean room. the staff was amazing. especially reginald.what a gem you have in him!!! and adored the jittney bus. it really made our visit so easy and enjoyable. loved, loved, loved it.

I was traveling with my husband and overall it was pleasant hotel. I really enjoyed staying 1 night here.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional service at the reception desk. Walter, the representative, was not only charming and friendly but also incredibly professional. Give this man a promotion! The valet representative, Bruce, had an upbeat and professional personality that added to our delightful stay. The entire staff was awesome, making us feel safe and welcomed in the beautiful city we were exploring. The location was perfect, close enough to Main Street for convenience but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Brittany, at the front desk, was a great help and very pleasant to work with. She even managed to get us checked in early! The room on the 5th floor was spacious, comfortable, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The cleanliness of the hotel common areas and our room was impressive. Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center were all available for our convenience. our weekend stay was mind-blowingly comfortable and filled with exceptional service. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Its location was particularly good and perfect, close to the bowling alley, and in a well kept area. Downtown Greenville district was worth exploring.

The hotel was located close enough to the downtown Reedy River falls park and Greenville and the lovely downtown area. We stayed here for 1 night, it was ideal for our purposes.

Reasonably large and fairly clean hotel, location was great near the downtown shops, and a seafood restaurant. We were given impressive and fantastic rooms with the sink is, a fold out bed, a bath tub or garden tub.

Actually everything was beautiful, my next choice again in Greenville. I liked how the hotel looked, nicely updated and quiet place. The room I had was pet-friendly and brand-new with a bath tub or garden tub and the staff was knowledgeable!
